Function $build

$build(name: string, attrs?: StanzaAttrs): Builder
Create a Strophe.Builder This is an alias for new Strophe.Builder(name, attrs).
Parameters
- name: string
  The root element name.
- Optionalattrs: StanzaAttrs
  The attributes for the root element in object notation.
Returns Builder
A new Strophe.Builder object.
